At Bowring Park, we are committed to providing the best possible customer service to all of our members and guests and your feedback is welcome.
If you have had a good experience with us then please do let us know! We want to hear it from you!
We hope that you never have to go through our complaints process, however, we understand that there may be times when we could have done better. We have a complaints policy in place to help resolve any issues you may have as quickly and fairly as possible. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
To provide feedback, please fill out the below form. We ask that you provide as much detail as possible.
Timeline
Once we receive your feedback, we will acknowledge it within 2 working days and provide you with a reference number. Our team will then investigate your complaint and aim to provide you with a resolution within 10 working days. If we need more time to investigate, we will keep you informed of our progress.
Escalation Process
If you are not satisfied with our initial response, you may request that your complaint be escalated to a manager or supervisor.
Appeal to the Directors
If you are not satisfied with the General Manager's response, you may appeal to the Directors. You must submit your appeal in writing within 2 weeks of receiving the General Manager's response. The Directors will investigate your appeal and provide a written response within 2 weeks.
